The 7 steps of Service
At Cat and Cloud we use an intentionally designed 7 steps of service at the register to make sure our guests get everything they need, and that our team is set up for success to carry the order through. This list of steps has helped us to keep interactions fluid while also nailing hospitality. Not all of these steps may apply to your space, but feel free to use this overarching idea to help create a flow for your people on the register!
